How the guest orders
No app needed: the delivery page opens in the phone's browser in Kazakh, Russian or English. It is your dining-room menu, and dishes hidden in the admin stay hidden here too.
- 1
Opens the page
Via the delivery QR code or a link from Instagram, your Taplink page or a chat.
- 2
Fills the cart
Finds dishes by category or with a search across the whole menu, then picks options and quantities.
- 3
Leaves contact details
Taps “Order”, chooses “Delivery” or “Pickup”, enters a phone number and, for delivery, an address. Name and comment are optional.
- 4
Sends it in WhatsApp
A chat with your number opens with the order typed; the guest just sends it. On the same phone, the details fill in by themselves next time.
What reaches your WhatsApp
The order arrives as an ordinary message on the number from your settings. There is no WhatsApp Business API to connect: whoever already handles your WhatsApp replies.
- The guest's name, if given, and the phone as +7 (777) 123-45-67.
- “Delivery” with the address or “Pickup”, plus the guest's comment.
- Numbered dishes with options, price, quantity and line total.
- The “Cart total” at current prices, without your dine-in service fee.
- On delivery orders, the line “Check the delivery price with the operator”: you agree the fee and payment in your reply.
Pickup and delivery from one menu
Delivery requires an address: without it the “Continue” button stays inactive, so no order arrives without one.
Pickup needs no address. If the guest ticks “Set arrival time”, the message adds an “Arrival time at the restaurant” line, so the kitchen knows when to have the order ready.
It suits cafes with lunch to go, fast food, and restaurants that deliver to regulars.
How to switch on WhatsApp delivery
Everything happens in the User-QR admin, with no developer and no aggregator contract.
- 1
Get Pro
Registration switches on 14 days of Pro at once, no card. To move from Starter to Pro, message User-QR support on WhatsApp.
- 2
Fill in the menu
Dishes, photos, options and prices are entered once and serve both the dining room and delivery.
- 3
Add your WhatsApp number
In “Settings”, find the “Delivery WhatsApp” block, type the number into “WhatsApp Number” in international format, for example 77771234567, and click “Save”.
- 4
Download the delivery QR code
A “Delivery QR Code” card appears on the “Dashboard”: pick KZ, RU or EN and click “Download SVG”.
- 5
Test it
Click “Test Link”, order from your own phone and check that the message arrives.
Where to put the delivery QR code and link
The dining-room menu has no delivery button: guests reach the delivery page only through its QR code or link, shown in the same card under the code.
The SVG file prints at any size without losing sharpness, and the code points to a permanent address, so menu edits never mean reprinting.
- A QR sticker on takeaway packaging, for the next order.
- The link in your Instagram profile and a button on your Taplink page.
- A flyer or table tent in the dining room, for ordering home later.
- A WhatsApp message to regulars with the delivery link.
Plan and price
WhatsApp delivery is only in Pro: 18 000 ₸ per 30 days or 180 000 ₸ per year, with unlimited items, up to 100 tables and a Taplink page. On Starter (15 000 ₸ per 30 days or 150 000 ₸ per year, up to 100 items and 10 tables) guests see “Delivery is not available for this restaurant.” When the subscription runs out, the page shows “Service Suspended”; renew Pro and the same QR code works again. New venues get 14 days of Pro free, no card.
PricingLimitations
- No online payment: you agree payment with the guest in the chat.
- No delivery fee, minimum order or zone settings: the order says “Check the delivery price with the operator”.
- Orders stay in WhatsApp: they are not in the admin's “Orders” section and have no statuses.
- Prices and dishes are shared with the main menu: there is no separate delivery price list.
- The guest needs WhatsApp and a +7 phone number; there is no other way to send the order.
FAQ
Does the guest need an app?
No. The page opens in the phone's browser; sending the order only takes WhatsApp.
How does the order reach us?
After tapping “Order”, the guest leaves contact details and a chat opens with your “Delivery WhatsApp” number, the order already typed. Once sent, it is an ordinary message in your WhatsApp.
Can we set a delivery fee and a minimum order?
There are no settings for that. Delivery orders carry the line “Check the delivery price with the operator”, so you quote the fee and any minimum in your reply.
Can a guest order just by messaging our WhatsApp?
User-QR has a bot for that. It answers a guest's message with an “Open menu” button, the menu opens in WhatsApp's built-in browser, and on Pro the cart opens the same chat with the order typed in: “Dine in” with the service charge, “Pickup” or “Delivery”, with an arrival time if the guest sets one. The bot runs on the venue's own number connected through the WhatsApp Business Platform, and connecting venue numbers is not available yet. For now, orders come in through the delivery page described above.
How does the guest pay, and does User-QR take a percentage?
There is no online payment in the menu: you agree payment in the chat, and the money goes straight to you. User-QR is not part of the payment and takes no percentage; you pay only for Pro.
What if the guest has no WhatsApp?
Then the order cannot be sent from the menu: “Order” opens WhatsApp through a wa.me link, with no other channel. In every layout except “Photo (glass)” the cart can be copied or shared, but without contact details or address.
