Move your menu from TapTable by link
User-QR imports a TapTable menu from its public link, such as https://your-place.taptable.kz/menu. The import is available on both plans and during the trial; the venue owner runs it in the admin. Only the menu moves: the guest base, bonuses, bookings and venue settings stay in TapTable.
- 1
Register on User-QR
Venue name, your full name, phone and password, and 14 days of the Pro plan are free, no card.
- 2
Paste the link to your TapTable menu
In the admin open “Integrations” → “Import menu from taptable” (or during first setup: “I already have a menu” → “Import by link”). You see at once how many sections, categories and products were found; the menu itself is built in the background and usually appears in about a minute.
- 3
What moves
Sections (for example, Kitchen and Bar) become menu tabs, followed by categories and products with names and descriptions in Kazakh, Russian and English, prices, product variations (as an option group) and photos, which are copied to User-QR servers. Items unavailable in TapTable arrive hidden. Running the import again updates the items already moved, without duplicates.
- 4
Check translations and prices
If an item had no Kazakh or English name in TapTable, the name that exists is used; review and complete the translations.
- 5
Print the new QR codes
Replace the codes on tables and in social media; old ones can be replaced gradually.
How User-QR differs from TapTable
These are products of different kinds. TapTable, as described on its website, is built around the guest base: guest profiles, loyalty, table booking, segmentation and campaigns, with the QR menu as one part of the system. User-QR is built around the menu and orders: every item has Kazakh, Russian and English fields, guests order from the table via a QR code, and on the Pro plan they place delivery or takeaway orders sent to the venue's WhatsApp, book a room or hall and open the venue's Taplink page.
Both services publish their prices: User-QR from 15 000 ₸ per 30 days, TapTable from 39 990 ₸ per month (GO plan). If your main goal is working with your guest base and loyalty, compare TapTable with CRM systems. If you need a three-language menu, table ordering and your own WhatsApp delivery, try User-QR free for 14 days and move your menu by link.
What we do not compare
We do not rate TapTable's support, design quality or speed, and we do not repeat the result figures or customer counts from its website, because we have not verified them. The table contains only what taptable.kz stated on the check date and what User-QR offers. If something has changed, tell us and we will update the page.
