What User-QR is

It is a platform where a venue owner builds a menu with photos, descriptions, prices and options, and the system generates QR codes for tables, delivery and the storefront. Guests scan the code and open the menu in the phone browser. The venue manages everything from the admin panel: updates prices, switches on a stop-list, takes orders, reads feedback and checks analytics.

Who we help

We work with venues across Kazakhstan — our first customers were cafes and restaurants in Atyrau and Kulsary. Each format has its own needs, so we described them separately:

• QR menu for restaurants — several kitchens, table ordering, hall booking
• QR menu for cafes — breakfasts and lunches, WhatsApp delivery
• QR menu for coffee shops — drink options, a faster queue
• QR menu for bars — cocktails with photos, table and karaoke booking

The core capabilities every venue on User-QR gets:

• A three-language menu with photos, descriptions, options and nutrition facts
• Self-ordering from the table with real-time order tracking
• A delivery and takeaway page with orders sent to the venue's WhatsApp
• A Taplink page: links, opening hours, map, booking — one link for social media
• Hall, room and karaoke booking (Pro)
• Guest feedback in Telegram, analytics of views and popular dishes
• Menu import from Excel and by link from another service, Poster POS integration

How we work

Registration takes a few minutes; the first 14 days of the Pro plan are free and need no card. We help migrate the menu from Excel or another service, answer on WhatsApp in Kazakh, Russian and English, and advise on formatting the menu in line with Article 21 of the Law “On Languages”. Venue data and photos are stored on servers in Kazakhstan.

Pricing is transparent: Starter is 150 000 ₸ per year, Pro is 180 000 ₸ per year, payment via Kaspi. Details are on the pricing page.
