How the free trial works
At registration you get 14 days of the Pro plan with no card or prepayment. That is enough to upload the menu, print the QR codes and test table ordering and delivery. After the trial you pick a plan and pay for a year; if you don't renew, the menu is paused and your data is kept.
Payment
Payment is once a year via Kaspi. Closing documents for sole proprietors and companies are provided on request. Prices on the site are valid as of the publication date and may change for new periods; an active subscription keeps its price until the paid term ends.
What every plan includes
Both plans are a complete three-language QR menu that guests open in the browser without installing an app. You update items and prices in a second, see views and popular dishes, take orders from the table and receive guest feedback in Telegram. The plans differ in limits and add-on modules, not in the quality of the menu.
How to choose a plan by venue type
A coffee shop or a small cafe with up to 100 items is usually fine on Starter. A restaurant with several kitchens and halls, a bar with table booking, and any venue that takes delivery orders in WhatsApp or wants one link for Instagram needs Pro. QR menu vs paper menus and aggregators
A paper menu costs money with every price change: a new print run, lamination, approval time. Delivery aggregators take a commission on every order and keep the guest's contact. A yearly User-QR subscription is a fixed amount: updates are free, delivery orders land in your WhatsApp with no commission, and the customer base stays yours.
How to switch from another service or from Excel
You can upload the menu from an Excel file in one go or migrate it by link from some QR-menu services, photos included. After import you only check translations and prices — usually under an hour. Old QR codes can be replaced gradually if you wish.

How much does a QR menu cost in Kazakhstan?
User-QR has two plans: Starter at 150 000 ₸ per year (up to 100 items, 10 tables) and Pro at 180 000 ₸ per year (unlimited items, up to 100 tables, delivery, Taplink, booking, Meta Pixel). The first 14 days of Pro are free with no card.
Is there monthly billing?
The main format is a yearly subscription via Kaspi: it is cheaper and there is nothing to renew every month. If you need a different payment schedule, message us on WhatsApp and we will discuss it.
What happens after the 14-day free period?
You choose Starter or Pro and pay for a year via Kaspi. If you don't renew, the menu and the Taplink page are paused, while all data — dishes, photos, tables — is kept and available again after payment.
Do we pay per table or per QR code?
No. QR codes for all tables within the limit are included: 10 tables on Starter and up to 100 on Pro. QR codes for delivery and for the menu without a table are not limited.
Can we upgrade from Starter to Pro?
Yes, at any time. Delivery, the Taplink page and booking switch on right after the Pro payment; the menu and settings are kept.
Do you provide documents for sole proprietors and companies?
