What a guest sees after tapping the link
The page opens in the phone browser, no app needed: your cover, logo and a Kazakh, Russian and English switch at the top, then the blocks in your order, such as the menu button, hours, address, WhatsApp, booking, photos and reviews.
One CTA button can be pinned to the bottom of the screen, so “Call us”, for example, stays under the thumb while scrolling. “Good to know” opens a bottom sheet with text about parking or Wi-Fi without taking the guest off the page.
17 block types in the builder
Blocks are added with “Add block” and reordered by dragging; the text in each one is filled in for all three languages.
- Actions: “Open menu”, “Booking”, “CTA button”, “Link” and “Social icons”. Links are smart: for WhatsApp, phone, Instagram, TikTok and Threads a number or @handle is enough and the address builds itself; email, website, 2GIS and Google Maps are there too.
- About the venue: “Opening hours”, “Address & map”, “Good to know” and “Text”.
- Showcase: “Menu highlight”, “Gallery” with up to 12 photos, “Promo banner”, “Reviews” with up to five quotes, and “Image”.
- Video and layout: “Video” from YouTube or Vimeo, “Upload video” up to 30 MB (it can float as a mini-player in a screen corner) and “Divider”.
How to build a Taplink page in User-QR
The builder is in the admin panel under “Taplink”: settings on the left, a live preview on a phone mock-up on the right.
- 1
Register your venue
On registration, 14 days of Pro start with no card, and the “Taplink” section opens right away.
- 2
Upload a cover
In the “Cover Photo” card click “Upload cover” (a 4:3 photo), set the “Page background” and decide whether to show the restaurant name.
- 3
Add blocks
“Templates” gives you a ready structure: “Cafe / coffee shop”, “Delivery”, “Pop-up / event” or “Multi-location”. Then edit the blocks or add your own with “Add block”.
- 4
Fill in “Local Business info”
Further down the same page: address, 2GIS link (the coordinates are taken from it), phone, type, cuisines and opening hours with breaks. After “Save business info”, the hours and map blocks use this data.
- 5
Check and publish
Switch the preview between EN, RU and KZ. Edits stay in a draft until you click “Publish”. Then put the link in Instagram, WhatsApp Business and 2GIS.
What it gives you in search and on Instagram
In User-QR the QR menu itself is closed to indexing, so the Taplink page is the only page of your venue that Google and Yandex can show. Once Pro is active and at least one block is published, the page opens to search engines and enters the uqr.kz sitemap in three languages.
- Venue markup: type (restaurant or cafe), address, coordinates, phone, cuisines, opening hours, a menu link, 2GIS and Instagram profiles, plus a reservations flag when a “Booking” block is on the page.
- Messengers: a link shared in WhatsApp or Telegram shows a card with your cover, logo, name, cuisine and address.
- Home screen: a guest can add the page to the phone's home screen, with your logo as the icon.
Plan and price
Taplink is included only in the Pro plan: 18 000 ₸ per 30 days or 180 000 ₸ per year, together with unlimited items and up to 100 tables. On Starter (15 000 ₸ per 30 days or 150 000 ₸ per year) the builder is locked. Registration includes 14 days of Pro free with no card, so you can build and publish the page during the trial.
PricingLimitations
- It is one page of ready blocks, not a website builder: no subpages, custom code or forms.
- No custom domain: the page lives on uqr.kz, and link cards in messengers carry a “Made on uqr.kz” line.
- You enter up to five reviews yourself: they are not pulled from 2GIS or Google and do not create a star rating in search.
- The “Booking” block leads to time-slot booking of halls and rooms. There is no table reservation; use a WhatsApp or phone button for that.
FAQ
Does a Taplink page replace a restaurant website?
As a business-card site (menu, hours, address, contacts, photos, booking), yes, on one page. It will not replace a multi-page site with its own domain and blog, but it can link to one with a “Website” type link.
Can I connect my own domain?
No. The address looks like uqr.kz/en/name/taplink, with your venue's name in Latin letters set at registration, and it cannot be changed in the admin. That is the address for Instagram, 2GIS and printed materials.
Can I add links to the menu, booking and WhatsApp?
Yes. “Open menu” builds the link to your QR menu by itself, “Booking” leads to the halls and rooms you set up under “Rooms”, and WhatsApp is a smart link in a “Link” or “CTA button” block: enter the number and the button opens a chat.
Will Google and Yandex show my Taplink page?
They can, once Pro is active and at least one block is published: the page is then open for indexing, listed in the sitemap and carries venue markup. Its position in results is not guaranteed and is up to the search engine.
Which languages does the page support?
Kazakh, Russian and English: each text block has three fields, and the guest switches the language at the top of the page. An empty field falls back to the English text, so fill in all three.
What happens to the page if the subscription ends?
Guests see a “Service Suspended” message instead of your blocks, and the page is closed to indexing and dropped from the sitemap. Blocks and settings are kept and return after you pay for Pro.
