How a guest orders from the table
It all happens in the phone's browser, with no sign-up or phone number.
- 1
Scans the table's QR code
The menu opens linked to the table. If language selection is on, the guest first picks Kazakh, Russian or English.
- 2
Fills the cart
Finds dishes by category or with a search across the whole menu and adds them with options and quantities. Dishes taken off sale are not shown in the menu.
- 3
Sends the order
Taps “Send Order” and confirms, so a stray tap sends nothing.
- 4
Orders more
“Current Order” shows each dish's status and the total, with the service fee if you charge one. New items join the same table bill.
What staff see on the “Orders” page
In “Sales → Orders”, tables appear as cards on the “Map” or rows in the “List”, by floor and hall. Free tables are green, tables with unserved dishes red, fully served tables yellow. While on screen, the page refreshes every 10 seconds, and additions to an open bill pop up with a sound.
- A dish's status changes with one tap: “Added” → “Accepted” → “Served”.
- A dish not yet accepted can be removed if the guest made a mistake.
- A waiter can add a dish to a table's bill.
- “Transfer” moves a group and its order to a free table; “Close Order” frees the table.
- Out of a dish? Turn off “On sale” in “Catalog” and it leaves the menu until you turn it back on.
Three modes: choose how your floor works
Set the mode under “Settings” in the “Self-Service Ordering” block. It applies to the whole venue, and you can switch it any time.
- “Off”: the guest shows the cart to a waiter, who takes the order.
- “Self-order”: the order goes to the “Orders” page.
- “WhatsApp”: the cart with the table number goes as a message to the number in the “Delivery WhatsApp” block, not to the “Orders” page.
How to switch on table ordering
Once the menu is uploaded, four steps remain.
- 1
Add halls and tables
In “Sales → Territory”, click “Add Floor” (say, “Main Hall”), then “Add Table”. The table number goes into the QR link; a name is optional.
- 2
Download the QR codes
Click “QR” on each table and save the code as SVG, which stays sharp on printed table tents.
- 3
Turn the mode on
In the “Self-Service Ordering” block under “Settings”, choose “Self-order”. A service fee, if you charge one, goes in “Commission Percentage”.
- 4
Test it yourself
Open “Orders” on a tablet at the bar or kitchen, send a test order from your phone and close it with “Close Order”.
Plan and price
Table ordering is in both plans, which differ in the number of tables. Starter: up to 10 tables and 100 items, 15 000 ₸ per 30 days or 150 000 ₸ per year. Pro: up to 100 tables and unlimited items, 18 000 ₸ per 30 days or 180 000 ₸ per year, plus staff logins limited to orders. Registration includes 14 days of Pro free, no card.
PricingLimitations
- No online payment or tips: guests pay as usual, to the waiter or at the till.
- Orders do not go to Telegram or SMS, only to the “Orders” page, so keep it open. The sound plays when a guest adds to an open bill; a table's first order shows as a red card.
- No kitchen printer or split by station: kitchen and bar dishes share one table card.
- Orders from QR codes made in “Territory” are not passed to POS software (iiko, r_keeper, Poster) and print no receipt.
- No “Call waiter” or “Ask for the bill” buttons, and no order comments: preferences go through dish options.
FAQ
Does the guest need an app?
No. The menu opens in the browser on iPhone or Android right after scanning. Ordering from the table needs no sign-up or phone number.
What if a guest orders by mistake?
The menu asks for confirmation before sending. After that, staff can remove a dish while its status is still “Added”, before it is accepted.
Can a waiter change the order?
Yes: staff can add a dish, remove one not yet accepted, transfer the order to a free table and close the bill. On Pro, waiters can have their own logins limited to viewing orders and changing statuses.
How many tables can I connect?
Up to 10 on Starter and up to 100 on Pro, grouped by floor and hall, with names like “VIP” or “Terrace 1”. The trial uses Pro limits.
Does table ordering work with Poster?
Partly. In “Integrations” you can connect Poster POS, and the menu with categories, prices and photos is imported from Poster and kept up to date. Orders from QR codes made in “Territory” stay on the “Orders” page and are not sent to Poster. If you work on Poster, write to us before connecting.
How does the guest pay?
As before: to the waiter, at the till or by card. Any service fee is shown in the menu up front and included in the table bill.
