**In short:** A fast food QR menu on User-QR is a three-language menu with photos, combos and sauces, opened from a QR code at the till or on the packaging. On Pro the guest chooses pickup or delivery and the order arrives in WhatsApp as a ready message, with no commission. Pro costs 180 000 ₸ per year or 18 000 ₸ per 30 days, 14 days free.

A fast food QR menu is a digital menu with photos and prices that guests open from a QR code at the till, on a table or on the packaging, seeing combos, sizes and sauces at once. On User-QR it works in Kazakh, Russian and English, and takeaway or delivery orders reach the venue's WhatsApp with no aggregator commission.

## Benefits

- **Decide while queuing.** Guests browse photos and prices while they queue and reach the till with their mind made up - the cashier does not have to read the menu out loud.
- **Pickup and delivery in WhatsApp.** The delivery page takes an order with a phone number, address and comment and sends it to the venue's WhatsApp - no commission on each order.
- **Combos, sizes and sauces.** Size, sauce, spice level, extras and the combo drink are option groups with a price for each choice, and guests pick them themselves.
- **Stop-list in a second.** Out of buns or sauce? The item disappears from the menu at once, so nobody orders what you no longer have.

## How a QR menu works in fast food

In fast food guests rarely sit at a laid table: they order at the till, wait at the counter or take the food away. That is why User-QR codes go in several places at once: the general menu code on a sign by the queue and on the tables, the delivery page code on the packaging, receipt and flyers, and, if the hall has tables with ordering, a separate code with the table number on each of them.

The guest scans the code with the phone camera and the menu opens in the browser, no app needed. They see photos, ingredients, portion weight and prices and choose the language themselves - Kazakh, Russian or English. For takeaway or home delivery they fill a cart, enter a phone number, choose pickup or delivery and send it. You receive a ready message in WhatsApp and confirm the order in the chat, as you already do.

## What matters specifically to fast food

A fast food menu is short, but one item has many variations: size, sauce, spice level, cheese, the drink in a combo. If the choices are not visible in advance, they get sorted out at the till and the queue stalls. In User-QR options and a clear menu structure take care of that.

- Option groups: portion size, sauce, spice level, extras and the combo drink - each choice with its own price.
- A photo for every item: fast food is chosen with the eyes, and a clear picture removes questions at the till.
- “Often ordered together” recommendations - up to 4 items per card: a drink and fries with the doner, a sauce with the burger.
- Nutrition per 100 g and portion weight for guests who watch what they eat.
- Analytics of views, popular items and peak hours to plan prep and shifts.
- A menu icon on the phone's home screen: a regular opens delivery with one tap.

## Takeaway and delivery without an aggregator

Aggregators bring new guests, but they charge a commission on every order and keep the guest's contact. The User-QR delivery page is your own channel: the guest opens it from the QR code on the packaging or a link in Instagram, fills a cart and chooses pickup or delivery. The order reaches the venue's WhatsApp as one message with the items, options, total, phone number and address.

There is no online payment in the menu: you take payment the way you do now - when the order is handed over or by whatever method suits you - and the operator confirms the delivery fee in the chat. The admin panel keeps a list of delivery guests with their number of orders, so the base for repeat sales stays with you. More on the setup in our article on WhatsApp delivery without aggregators.

## How to launch a fast food QR menu in one day

A short menu of 20-40 items with photos is usually ready in a day, delivery setup included.

1. **Register.** The venue name and a phone number are enough to activate 14 days of the Pro plan with the delivery page, no card.
2. **Upload the menu.** By hand, from Excel or by link from your previous service; names and descriptions in Kazakh, Russian and English.
3. **Set up options and combos.** Create “Size”, “Sauce” and “Drink” groups and attach them to the right items.
4. **Turn on delivery.** Enter the WhatsApp number for orders and send a test pickup order and a test delivery order from your own phone.
5. **Place the QR codes.** The general code by the queue and on tables, the delivery code on packaging, receipts and the Instagram bio.

## The menu board above the till and the QR menu

The lit board above the till stays: it serves the guest who has already reached the counter. The QR menu works where the board cannot be seen - at the back of the queue, outside, at home when ordering again. And it never needs reprinting: a new price or a seasonal sauce entered in the admin is visible to guests a second later, so the board can be updated less often.

## Pricing

A fast food venue that takes takeaway and delivery orders needs the Pro plan - 180 000 ₸ per year or 18 000 ₸ per 30 days: the delivery page with orders in WhatsApp, a Taplink page for Instagram, unlimited items, up to 100 tables and Meta Pixel for ads. If you only need an in-house menu of up to 100 items, Starter is enough - 150 000 ₸ per year or 15 000 ₸ per 30 days. Registration includes 14 days of Pro for free; payment via Kaspi.

## Menus and the language law

Article 21 of the Kazakhstan Law “On Languages” requires menus and price lists in the state language and, where necessary, in Russian and other languages, in the same font size. On User-QR every item has Kazakh, Russian and English fields, so the digital menu meets the requirement without a separate print run. A printed board above the till is visual information too: make sure it also carries Kazakh.

## FAQ

### Can we take pickup orders?

Yes. On the delivery page the guest chooses “Pickup” or “Delivery”, enters a phone number, adds an address for delivery and leaves a comment. The order reaches the venue's WhatsApp as a ready message with the list of items, options and the total. The delivery page is part of the Pro plan.

### Does User-QR take a commission on orders?

No. You only pay the subscription: Pro is 180 000 ₸ per year or 18 000 ₸ per 30 days, Starter is 150 000 ₸ per year or 15 000 ₸ per 30 days. Orders arrive in your WhatsApp and the service keeps no percentage of sales.

### Is there online payment in the menu?

No, the QR menu passes on the order rather than charging money. You take payment the way you do now: on handover, to the courier or by any method that suits you. The operator confirms the delivery fee with the guest in the chat.

### How do we show combos and the choice of sauce?

With option groups: “Size”, “Sauce”, “Combo drink” and so on. A group is created once and attached to any number of items, and each choice can have its own price. The guest sees the choices on the card and sends the order with no follow-up questions.

### Do guests need to download an app?

No. The menu and the delivery page open in the phone's regular browser after scanning the QR code or tapping a link. A regular guest can add the menu to the home screen as an icon - no app is needed for that either.

### How long does it take to launch?

Registration takes a few minutes and the QR codes are generated automatically. A short menu of 20-40 items with photos is usually ready in a day, especially if you import it from Excel or by link from your previous service. Printing stickers and codes on packaging happens on your own schedule.
