Both plans include a menu in Kazakh, Russian and English, table ordering, analytics and the Poster POS integration; Pro adds WhatsApp delivery, a Taplink page, hall booking, guest feedback in Telegram, custom menu colours and Meta Pixel. The first 14 days of Pro are free with no card. ## Starter - 150 000 ₸ per year For small cafes, coffee shops and food trucks with a short menu. - up to 100 items, 10 tables - Menu with photos, descriptions and prices in Kazakh, Russian and English - Table ordering via QR and order management in the admin - Dish options and modifiers, nutrition facts, stop-list, several kitchens - Analytics of menu views and dish demand, “often bought together” recommendations - Menu import from Excel and by link from kami-qr and taptable - Poster POS integration - Choice of menu layout (4 themes) ## Pro - 180 000 ₸ per year For restaurants, bars and venues with delivery, booking and several halls. - unlimited items, up to 100 tables - Everything in Starter - Delivery and takeaway page with orders in WhatsApp and a delivery QR code - Taplink venue page: links, hours, map, booking, click analytics - Hall, room and karaoke booking - Guest feedback in Telegram - Custom menu, dish card and cart colours, menu background photo - Meta (Facebook) Pixel on menu pages - Staff accounts (operators) with roles and access rights ## How the free trial works At registration you get 14 days of the Pro plan with no card or prepayment. That is enough to upload the menu, print the QR codes and test table ordering and delivery. After the trial you renew Pro in the admin for 30 days or a year; to move to Starter, message us on WhatsApp and we will switch the plan. If you don't renew, the menu is paused and your data is kept. ## Payment Payment is via Kaspi, for a year or for 30 days. Paying yearly is cheaper: 150 000 ₸ instead of 180 000 ₸ for 12 months on Starter and 180 000 ₸ instead of 216 000 ₸ on Pro. Closing documents for sole proprietors and companies are provided on request. Prices on the site are valid as of the publication date and may change for new periods; an active subscription keeps its price until the paid term ends. ## What every plan includes Both plans are a complete three-language QR menu that guests open in the browser without installing an app. You update items and prices in a second, take orders from the table and see menu views and dish demand, while guests get “often bought together” recommendations. The plans differ in limits and Pro add-on modules (delivery, Taplink, booking, feedback in Telegram, custom menu colours, staff roles), not in the quality of the menu. ## How to choose a plan by venue type A coffee shop or a small cafe with up to 100 items is usually fine on Starter. A restaurant with more than 100 items or more than 10 tables, a bar with private and karaoke room booking, and any venue that takes delivery orders in WhatsApp, wants one link for Instagram or guest feedback in Telegram needs Pro. Delivery aggregators take a commission on every order and keep the guest's contact. A User-QR subscription is a fixed amount for 30 days or a year: updates are free, delivery orders (Pro plan) land in your WhatsApp with no commission, and the customer base stays yours. ## How to switch from another service or from Excel You can upload the menu from an Excel file in one go or migrate it by link from some QR-menu services, photos included. After import you only check translations and prices - usually under an hour. Old QR codes can be replaced gradually if you wish. ## FAQ ### How much does a QR menu cost in Kazakhstan? User-QR has two plans: Starter at 150 000 ₸ per year (up to 100 items, 10 tables) and Pro at 180 000 ₸ per year (unlimited items, up to 100 tables, delivery, Taplink, booking, Meta Pixel). If you don't renew, the menu and the Taplink page are paused, while all data - dishes, photos, tables - is kept and available again after payment. ### Do we pay per table or per QR code? No. QR codes for all tables within the limit are included: 10 tables on Starter and up to 100 on Pro. QR codes for delivery (Pro plan) and for the menu without a table are not limited. ### Can we upgrade from Starter to Pro?
